Turkish Airlines Automatic Seat Assignment Issue
Hello, today I purchased round-trip tickets for February 2024 for myself, my spouse, and my 2.5-year-old child. After purchasing the tickets, I noticed that seats 12A and 12B were automatically assigned to me and my child, even though I had not purchased any seats. Seeing this, I paid ₺45 to buy seat 12C for my spouse so that she wouldn't be left out, both for the outbound and return flights. About 5 hours after buying the tickets, I noticed that the paid seat for my spouse was still there, but the seats assigned to me and my child had disappeared as if they never existed. I've never seen anything like this. I request a refund of the ₺90 (₺45 * 2) I paid for my spouse's seat from Turkish Airlines, or I request that the seats initially assigned to me and my child be reassigned to us.
