Turkish Airlines Seat Change Issue on Istanbul-Hatay Flight

On April 24, 2024, I purchased a plane ticket from Istanbul Airport to Hatay Airport. To avoid any issues, I paid extra to book seats next to my spouse. Yesterday, I received a message stating that my seat had been changed due to operational reasons. When I checked the plane, the back section was completely empty, yet another passenger was placed between me and my spouse. When I called customer service, I asked if there were any changes to the plane, and I was informed that there were none, and this was recorded. I requested that my issue be resolved, but I was told it wouldn't be. I was informed that I would need to purchase another seat and that my previous seat would be refunded. Why should I cancel and repurchase my seat? Can such nonsense be possible? Changing the seat I bought next to my spouse and placing someone else between us is not fitting for a company like Turkish Airlines. I want my issue to be resolved.
