Turkish Airlines And The Never-Received Refund
I missed my flight because of Turkish Airlines staff at Gaziantep airport. The Consumer Arbitration Board ruled in my favor and decided for a full refund. However, despite this decision, neither Turkish Airlines (THY) nor Obilet, the platform where I purchased the ticket, have processed my refund. THY claims that the refund has been issued, but they have been ignoring my feedback since April regarding where the refund was made because I haven't received it. Obilet, on the other hand, keeps telling to investigate the issue and get back to me but never follows through. It seems I must apply to the Consumer Court and file a lawsuit for compensation for this issue.
