Turkish Airlines Overbooking Compensation Not Issued
On August 5, 2023, I was not allowed to board the TK2414 Istanbul - Antalya flight due to overbooking. I was informed that I was entitled to a compensation of €100, but I couldn't receive it at that moment because there was no cash available. I was told to provide feedback online, and that my compensation would be issued afterward. Despite submitting feedback on the same day, I still haven't received my payment. I have called multiple times and was told that my request was forwarded to the relevant departments and that I would be contacted, but no one has reached out to me, and I haven't received my money. I didn't know that THY could be such a negligent organization. It's very shameful to mislead people and then not provide the compensation they are entitled to. I will continue to pursue my rights, but I will never fly with THY again!

Turkish Airlines is not paying my compensation right after overbooking! Despite sending all the requested documents completely, they keep sending emails saying documents are missing and are stalling people. I can't believe such a large corporate company is treating people this way. I expect an urgent response.
They contacted me via email and requested some documents. Even though I sent all the requested documents on the same day, my compensation has still not been paid. It has been 1.5 months since the incident, and my grievance continues.
