Turkish Airlines Compensation Payment Issue for Overbooked Flight

Turkish Airlines is not fulfilling its compensation payment obligations due to overbooking. I had a very negative experience with my TK1766 Warsaw-Istanbul flight on 07-07-2024. Due to Turkish Airlines' overbooking, I was not allowed to board the plane even though I had no fault. I remained calm. On 08-07-2024, the relevant staff at both Istanbul airports (IST: Istanbul Airport and SAW: Sabiha Gökçen Airport) did not give me the 250 EUR compensation I was entitled to, citing a lack of cash. They did not take my account number to open a request and make the payment. I was asked to speak with the call center and fill out a complaint form. When I called the call center, they told me they couldn't do anything about it and only asked me to fill out a form, offering no help. Does Turkish Airlines not have enough money to pay 250 EUR? Is THY in financial trouble that it can't pay the compensation I am entitled to? You can't get your rights from THY calmly and civilly. It seems you have to shout and make a fuss to get your rights. THY is not fulfilling its obligations even in this simple matter of compensation. I didn't even criticize their overbooking mistakes. I am criticizing THY for not meeting its obligations on time and in full due to their mistakes.
