Turkish Airlines Aggressive Staff and Poor Customer Service
I would like to share the issue I experienced with Turkish Airlines. At the airport, I forgot my laptop at the X-ray area during the security check. I only realized this when I reached the gate. The flight attendant there informed me that the gates were closed and refused to assist me in any way, not allowing me to go back and retrieve my laptop. They suggested that I either complete my flight and fill out a form or cancel my flight and catch a later one. I decided to cancel my flight and opted for the next one. Throughout the entire process, both before and after going to the police checkpoint, the attendant's aggressive and condescending attitude made me uncomfortable. I hope that you will have employees who can enhance the quality of your service. This incident showed a decline in the service quality of Turkish Airlines. I believe you should consider your passengers along with their belongings. I request that necessary actions be taken regarding this matter.
