THY Ticket Name Correction Issue

While purchasing tickets from Chicago to Istanbul for my employees, I mistakenly entered the wrong surname for one of them and noticed it only after completing the purchase. There were 23 hours left until the flight when I realized the mistake. When I called customer service, they told me I could correct this issue by filling out a feedback form. After submitting the form, they processed the feedback reference number as urgent (since there were less than 24 hours left until the flight).

16 hours before the flight, the issue was still unresolved, so I called customer service again. They marked it as urgent in the system once more.

13 hours before the flight, I called customer service again because the issue was still not resolved. The representative told me that they would get back to me, but it might not be in time for the flight. What do you mean! If my employee cannot board the flight due to the surname error, what good is it to get back to me after the flight? If this issue couldn't be resolved quickly, you should have informed me from the beginning. Initially, I was planning to repurchase the ticket with a partial refund if customer service hadn't directed me to the feedback form. Now, if I cancel the ticket, I will have to buy a new one for $200 more. You are causing me inconvenience!
