THY Flight Service Issue - No Meal Left
On July 7, 2024, I boarded flight TK1826 from Paris to Istanbul with my spouse and two children. We were taken on board at 16:05 for departure, but the plane took off after a two-hour delay while we waited inside. Despite mentioning that the children were hungry during this period, nothing was provided. Two hours later, after the plane took off, meal distribution began. Meals were distributed last to our seats, and we were told that only pasta was left from the options of meatballs and pasta. I mentioned that the children eat meatballs, not pasta, but they said there was nothing they could do, as the meals were brought in the quantity and ratio determined by THY. Encountering such simple issues while flying with THY is starting to show that it is not much different from other airlines.
