On Our Way Back from Hajj THY Didn't Fulfill Their Promises, Poor Service

On June 29th, we arrived at the airport for our return from Hajj. Our flight tickets indicated a departure at 21:25. Due to a cabin crew member's illness, 42 of us were redirected to the next flight at 01:30. We were promised dinner, a VIP flight, and €600. Unfortunately, the problems began after our flight took off. Despite multiple reminders, we were reluctantly served rice with sausages for dinner. The so-called VIP flight had my spouse seated in the middle and back rows, while I was seated three rows ahead. When we spoke to the staff to defend our rights, we were scolded loudly in front of everyone. Upon arrival, the promised compensation was denied, with claims that it was not their fault. Our luggage, which was supposed to be transferred to our flight, was already on the ground when we arrived. If this was the case, why were these promises made to us? Whose fault is it for not having a backup cabin crew? Why aren't the tickets refunded for those who missed their flight due to reasons beyond their control? Turkish Airlines, we need answers!
