I purchased a Business Class Ticket From Turkish Airlines But Flew With Standard Seat

On April 13th at 15:00, I purchased a business class ticket for a flight from Izmir to Istanbul. However, the seat assigned to us was a standard seat. A meal table was placed in the middle seat between three seats, and the other two seats were presented as 'here is your business seat.' Most importantly, when the meal service began, due to the slow service of your staff, they could only serve up to the middle section of the cabin. While half of the cabin was eating, the other half had to listen to the sound of cutlery, and I was hungry at that moment. When we reacted, your staff responded with a smile but in a mocking manner, saying things like 'don't teach us our job.' This was an unacceptable experience. I paid ₺6000 to travel in business class comfort; however, I experienced a standard flight. Neither proper food nor drinks nor a decent seating area was provided. It's not just me; many passengers will be complaining about the same flight. Please resolve my grievance in any way you can.
