I had held the Classic Plus status in the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles program for a long time. However, as of November 2025, my membership status was downgraded to Classic without any reasonable explanation. I believe this situation is unfair. On Turkish Airlines’ official website, under the Miles&Smiles membership status section, it is clearly stated that one of the requirements for renewing the Classic Plus status for a second term is completing 60 flights in the last two years. Despite the fact that I have taken more than seventy flights in the last two years and repeatedly communicated that I meet this criterion, my status has not been upgraded back to Classic Plus. I believe that they are not applying the conditions published on their own official website. I submitted requests through the call center and the customer relations form on the website, providing all my flight details and all necessary information. Despite this, I continuously received the same repetitive and generic responses, which did not directly address the issue and were reduced to explanations about mileage accrual. However, my objection concerns the fact that the status requirements listed on Turkish Airlines' own website were met but not reflected in the system, resulting in my Classic Plus status not being reinstated. I request that my Classic Plus status be reinstated in my Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles account, as I have met the flight criteria stated on your official website. If there is a system error or missing record, I ask that the necessary checks be made, the error corrected, and my Classic Plus membership properly reinstated as I am entitled to.
