Missing Baggage Issue on Turkish Airlines' Berlin Flight
On September 14, 2023, I arrived at Istanbul Airport from Berlin on flight TK 1724 at 19:35. Despite waiting for minutes after my plane landed, one of my suitcases did not appear on the belt. I immediately reported the situation to the THY lost baggage department at Istanbul Airport. After the checks, I was informed that my suitcase did not arrive in Istanbul and was never loaded onto the plane in Berlin. I was given a reference number ISTTK25895 for my complaint. When I asked the lady there if it would take up to 5 days to arrive, she said it wouldn't take that long. However, it has been 6 days, and I have not received any information. Recently, my relative living in Berlin called the lost baggage office, and they said it was not there. Despite choosing THY for its quality, I have been extremely inconvenienced by this incident. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my suitcase and its contents be delivered to me without any missing items.
