Issue with Seat on Turkish Airlines Flight
On my TK0065 Bangkok/Istanbul flight dated January 31, 2024, I experienced an issue and submitted two feedback reports. I paid extra for an exit seat, but the seat was broken. Despite informing the crew, I endured this discomfort for 11 hours. The cabin supervisor and other crew members lied to me, saying they had prepared a report. In both feedback responses, they claimed no malfunction was found. As seen in the video, they tried to fix my seat, but the issue was not resolved. I approached this situation calmly and reasonably without causing any trouble. However, considering I paid extra for this seat, THY should respond to me and refund my payment. All I received from THY was an automated response. Thank you, THY!
