Faulty Business Class Seat on Turkish Airlines TK0025 – Requesting Miles Compensation

I purchased a business class ticket for Turkish Airlines flight TK0025 from Taipei to Istanbul, departing on September 26, 2024, at 21:40. Upon boarding, I discovered that my seat was broken. I reported it to the staff, who confirmed that the seat's spring was damaged and they couldn’t recline it. Despite paying for business class, I endured the entire flight with economy-class amenities. I requested compensation for the difference in miles to be credited to my THY account, but despite leaving feedback via the onboard system, I’ve received no response in 8 days. This was my worst flight experience, and I will choose China Airlines for my future flights to Taiwan if this issue isn’t resolved promptly.
