Turkish Airlines Closed My Account Without Explanation

On May 17, 2025, I purchased a numbered mile ticket from Mexico to Istanbul via Turkish Airlines. My account was closed after I purchased the ticket. I sent 4 emails to find out the reason, and all of them said it was canceled because it did not comply with the rules, but none of them explained the reason.
I looked at the rules regarding purchasing award tickets on the Turkish Airlines website. It also says that a ticket can be purchased for someone else with a mile ticket. This is the real purpose of the Turkish Airlines system anyway.
Most importantly, I never sold this ticket—I used the miles I had accumulated in my account. If necessary, I will go to a lawyer. In other words, they treat people as ignorant. They don't even bother to answer when I ask. Is this what you proudly mention—Turkish Airlines, a member of Star Alliance? I am complaining.
