Erasmus Luggage Reward Code Isn't Working on Turkish Airlines

I recently came across a major problem with my Erasmus code that was supposed to give me a reward of 40 KG of luggage. Not currently active, making the promised perk useless. I kindly request a prompt correction to prevent any inconvenience to my travel arrangements, particularly regarding my return ticket.

Even after entering the code on the screen, the luggage reward still isn't activated. Unfortunately, the requested screenshot didn't capture the problem when I reached out via email. It is important that you address this matter promptly in order to achieve a smooth resolution.
