I wanted to enhance my flight from Miami to Izmir by utilizing my accumulated miles through the mobile app of Turkish Airlines.

Throughout the process, the app displayed the Miami-Istanbul flight, but after the transaction was finalized, only the Istanbul-Izmir portion of the flight was upgraded.

I raised my concerns right away and asked for a cancellation, but they informed me that it could only be canceled for a fee. It seems like Turkish Airlines is solely focused on its financial gains at the moment. It appears that passenger rights and satisfaction are not a priority for them.
