I Was Frustrated with Turkish Airlines Lack of Progress

Two days ago, I purchased a round-trip domestic ticket via the THY app, and although the amount was deducted from my account, I cannot see my ticket details either via email or the app. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted THY customer service. However, after two days of discussions with customer representatives, I have made no progress. The customer representative keeps saying they are creating an urgency record but does nothing more than stall me. I asked them to send me the urgency record via email, but they said they don't have such a procedure. I mentioned that I had sent the receipt showing the amount deducted from my account and asked if they could see it. A lady responded that they could only see it was uploaded but not the content.
I asked if I could speak with someone more authoritative, but she said she was the most authoritative person I could speak to. From this, I understand that THY engages its customers with a team of people who are inadequately informed and focused on stalling rather than resolving issues. My flight is on the 13th of this month, and I hope the issue is resolved by then. If they couldn't resolve the issue in two days, how will they resolve it in the remaining two days? This remains a mystery... I hope I don't suffer more and that no one else suffers like I do.
