Issue with Immediate Cancellation of Incorrectly Purchased Ticket from Turkish Airlines
I noticed an error in the ticket I purchased from THY and contacted customer service 15 minutes later. I was instructed to immediately create a feedback form and reach out to them again. Over the course of a week, I called 5-6 times to remind them, and each representative created an urgency record. Despite the feedback being due within 2-7 days, it has not arrived even after 7 days, proving how well THY customer service records issues. I wish they hadn't created an urgency record; maybe then I could have received a positive or negative result. Meanwhile, a globally recognized brand is still trying to figure out when I purchased the ticket. If they work a bit harder, I believe they could even split the atom. Of course, with the help of customer service and urgency notifications!
