Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Invoice Issue

I booked a ticket through the THY mobile application. The last date for ticketing the reservation was 20.07.2023. On that day, I called the THY call center. However, it turns out the number I called was not the THY call center but an agency. The person on the phone did not make this clear at all and misled me. They said we needed to cancel the reservation and issue a new ticket. Anyway, they issued the ticket. As my flight date approached, I tried to add the flight to the app, but it didn't work. THY said there was no such ticket initially, and I spent about 4 hours dealing with this until I finally received the e-ticket. But that's not the main issue.
The e-ticket does not show my company's invoice details. I called THY, and they told me to contact the agency since I booked through them. That's when I realized the situation. However, I cannot reach the agency's phone number. THY is also unable to provide it.
1. How can THY not provide the phone number of their own agency?
2. How can THY agencies use misleading techniques on customers?
3. The VAT on my ticket is ₺18,000, and it's a business trip. I need the invoice. If it's an agency issue, THY should resolve this.
