Turkish Airlines TK 0160 Flight: Extra Legroom Seat Issue and Poor Service

I am writing this message to express my dissatisfaction with the Turkish Airlines TK 0160 flight from Mauritius to Istanbul on 07.05.2024. For my return flight after my Istanbul-Mauritius trip, I wanted to purchase extra legroom seats. Three days before the flight, I selected and paid for extra legroom seats for two tickets and took a screenshot showing that my seats were selected and paid for. However, on the day of the flight, when I went to the counter, I was informed that one of the seats was not selected, and the last available seat would be assigned to my other ticket, which was the seat allocated for my 190 cm height. Despite requesting a seat change and stating that business class should be provided if necessary, I was told that they were not obligated to let us board if they wished. We had to board the plane and had a very poor flight experience. The money we paid for the seats was also wasted! Additionally, the options for dinner and breakfast were depleted by the time it was our turn, and we were left hungry. Only fish was available for dinner, and only eggs for breakfast. I have never had such a bad ten hours in my life. It was no different from a second-rate airline. We made the payments trusting the Turkish Airlines brand, but we were greatly disappointed. I hope you can compensate for this.
