Turkish Airlines Humiliated Me a Business Class Passenger Over In-Flight Meal Service

On 20.06.2024, I discovered that my economy ticket from Kayseri to Istanbul had been upgraded to business class during ticket control. Shortly after takeoff, before meal service began, a flight attendant approached me and informed me that due to some issues, they would not be able to serve meals. Assuming this applied to all passengers, I said it was not a problem. However, I was the only one not served a meal, which made me feel humiliated. Later, they apologized and took my number. THY, a major airline, finds it acceptable to humiliate a passenger over a meal that costs less than ₺100. I condemn their management for their inexperienced and disrespectful behavior. Such poor service is not fitting for a company with such high ticket prices.
