I experienced Turkish Airlines Istanbul-Isparta Flight Delay and Poor Service

At Istanbul Airport, I was not allowed to board the THY Istanbul-Isparta flight at 23:50 due to a 5-minute delay. Despite explaining that I was at risk due to my military duty, no one helped me and I was treated poorly. I received no assistance whatsoever. Furthermore, I had to purchase a flight ticket to Denizli for ₺1000. From there, I will take a bus to Isparta; I had already paid ₺1670 for the original flight ticket, and with the additional ₺1000, I ended up paying a total of ₺2670. Additionally, I paid ₺400 for the bus ticket from Denizli to Isparta, making the total cost of this trip ₺3070. Although it seems like a joke, I truly regret this experience. I do not believe the issue will be resolved. I think Turkish Airlines does not care about the Turkish people and that its name is merely 'Turkish'. This situation cannot be anything else; after all, the airport is already one of the most expensive in Turkey. Water costs ₺100, the cheapest meal for one person starts at ₺500. The toilets are extremely dirty, there are no tissues, and the smell makes it almost impossible to enter. Additionally, there is zero attention and care.
