I Experienced Significant Inconvenience Due To the Lost Luggage and the Disrespectful Staff Behavior of Turkish Airlines
I flew with Turkish Airlines on October 5th from Bologna to Istanbul. Upon arrival, I was informed that the luggage was not loaded and would be delivered to our home later. On October 6th, around 9 PM, someone claiming to be from the courier company called to say they were on their way. After not arriving by 11:30 PM, I called back. They said the delivery was ongoing and that they would reach me around 2 AM. I then called the call center at 0-212-4636518, as mentioned in the lost luggage form, at 11:35 PM on October 6th. The Turkish Airlines representative rudely said, 'Why should I care about your problem?' and hung up on me.
Do I really have to stay awake until 2 AM to receive my lost luggage? On top of that, I was insulted by the call center representative.
