Timeleft Charged Me $47 Without Authorization for a Subscription I Never Requested

I am registered with the Timeleft app only as a regular user. I never requested or authorized any subscription, yet a subscription was apparently activated on my account without my consent. From **December 2025 through June 2026**, I was charged **379.99 TL per month**, resulting in a total of **2,279.94 TL (approximately $47.01)** being charged to my card without my knowledge, permission, or approval.

As soon as I discovered the issue, I notified both Timeleft and my bank regarding the unauthorized charges to my TEB credit card by email. However, I have received no response from either party so far. I only registered with Timeleft as a regular user, so having a paid subscription activated automatically and being charged for months without my knowledge is completely unacceptable. I ultimately had to cancel the subscription myself.

I also discovered that my bank card number is stored within the application and that I am unable to delete this card information myself. The fact that my payment information is being retained without my permission and that I do not have the ability to remove it is extremely concerning from a security and privacy standpoint. I request that my card number and **all payment information associated with me be permanently deleted from the system**.

I request a **full refund of the 2,279.94 TL (approximately $47.01)** charged to my card between December 2025 and June 2026 as a result of this unauthorized subscription. I also request confirmation that there are **no active subscriptions or additional charges associated with my account** and that all stored card and payment information is **immediately and permanently deleted** from the Timeleft system.

I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and the unauthorized charges to be fully refunded without further delay.
