After completing our package tour purchased from Jolly Tur, we were supposed to return to Istanbul from Belgrade on THY flight TK 1084 scheduled for 20:20. However, we were informed that the flight would be delayed by 2 hours and would depart at 22:20. Despite our attempts to get information about our connecting flight to Adana, we were not allowed to do so at Belgrade airport. The flight eventually departed at 22:50, resulting in a two-and-a-half-hour delay. Out of the 35 people in our group returning to Adana, 32 were seriously affected. Although our luggage was tagged for direct transfer, we were given two separate tickets and told there was no transfer. THY did not acknowledge the delay, claimed it was not visible in their system, and refused to issue new tickets or provide a refund. Their defense was that there were two tickets and no transfer. Their suggestion was to purchase new tickets and continue our journey, despite the lack of available seats on any flight. The solution found by the group was to rent a private vehicle for ₺45,000 to return, which resulted in higher costs and, more importantly, a significant loss of time. The root cause of this inconvenience was the lack of communication from THY. I request THY to address this issue promptly and seek your assistance.
