TopTop Ignored My Ban Appeal and Refused to Review My Case
In the TopTop game that I have been playing for a long time, my phone was permanently banned approximately three to four months ago without receiving any warning beforehand. When I try to access the game, I see a message stating that my access has been restricted because “harmful actions affecting the community have been detected.” However, I have never engaged in any behavior within the game that could harm the community.
During this period, I repeatedly tried to contact the support team because I believe I was unfairly banned. However, I have not received any response or had my case reviewed again in any way.
I request that my phone and account be thoroughly reviewed once again and that this permanent ban, which I believe was applied unfairly, be removed.
