Last night on 25.8.2023, the Belgrade-Istanbul flight was delayed by 2 hours. It was impossible for us to catch our connecting flight to Istanbul. The Adana flight did not wait for us for 5 minutes, even though it was the same airline. Why did the Adana flight not address our issue? Our ticket money was wasted. We were 40 people. I will never fly with THY again. Your staff behaved very rudely and did not cover our accommodation, food, or hotel expenses. Seven of our suitcases were torn and their handles were broken. As a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, I am complaining about this airline. We are very dissatisfied with Turkish Airlines' services.
