TopTop Gave Me a 7-Day Ban Despite Not Using Offensive Language

My TopTop account was unfairly banned for 7 days. While other players were using offensive language in the game, we were simply playing normally. When I tried to log into my account because my friends invited me to join the game, I was unable to access it because I had been banned. Other players were the ones using profanity, but my account was the one that received the punishment.

I do not understand why I was given a 7-day ban for something I did not do. I kindly request that my account access be restored as soon as possible. I want this issue to be reviewed and resolved fairly.
