Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Ticket Issue

I purchased a package tour from Jolie Tour, which included a flight from Belgrade to Istanbul on August 25, 2023, at 20:20. However, we were informed that the flight would be delayed by 2 hours and would depart at 22:20. Since it was a connecting flight, we wanted to speak with a Turkish Airlines representative at Belgrade Airport, but we were not allowed. The flight, which was supposed to depart at 22:20, actually took off at 22:50, causing a 2.5-hour delay. As a result, we missed our connecting flight to Adana, despite our luggage being tagged for direct transfer. Although it was supposed to be a single ticket, we were given two separate tickets at Belgrade Airport: one for Belgrade-Istanbul and another for Istanbul-Adana. Turkish Airlines claimed that there were two separate tickets and refused to issue new tickets or refund the cost, insisting that it was our fault. Our group consisted of 35 people, and 32 of us were clearly affected. Our luggage was damaged, and we experienced significant time loss. Turkish Airlines did not acknowledge their mistake and claimed there were no available seats on any flights. We were told that the earliest flight we could book was on August 26 at 23:45, and we had to purchase and pay for the tickets ourselves. The airline's support team was unhelpful. To mitigate our situation, we had to rent a private vehicle for ₺45,000, as our group included passengers heading to both Adana and Mersin. This led to even greater inconvenience and time loss. The root cause of this issue is Turkish Airlines and the lack of communication among their staff. I request that Turkish Airlines address this situation promptly and provide assistance.
