I Want TopTop to Review and Remove My Wrongful Account Ban

My TopTop account with ID 115744742qc5 appears to have been permanently banned by Toppy even though I have not violated any rules. When I try to access the game, I receive a notification stating that my account has been permanently restricted.

I have never used cheats, engaged in profanity, harassment, or any other behavior that violates the game rules. Therefore, I believe this action was caused by an error or misunderstanding. I have invested time and effort into progressing my account, but I currently have no access to it.

I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the exact reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and that the permanent restriction on my account be removed if it was applied incorrectly.
