I Want TopTop to Review and Restore My Banned Account ID 88581772

The TopTop account with ID 88581772, which we actively use, was permanently banned from the community unfairly despite the fact that we did not commit any serious violations. A user sent me a private message, and I only asked them not to contact me again. Other than that, I did not engage in any insults, profanity, threats, or any other behavior that would violate the rules. Despite this, shortly afterward, I first received a private message restriction and then a permanent community access ban.

Since this account belongs to my spouse and is an account we use together, this situation has caused us serious inconvenience. I contacted customer support and management through the application and used every available appeal method I could. However, I have not received any concrete response yet, and the ban is still active.

I request that TopTop conduct a detailed review of this account’s activity history. If there was an error or misunderstanding, I ask that the permanent ban be removed and that the account access be restored. I request the cancellation of this unfair restriction and that we be allowed to access my spouse’s account again.
