Reebok Denied My Warranty Claim for Noisy Vivid Voyage II Sneakers

On June 21, 2026, I purchased a pair of Reebok Vivid Voyage II Black Men's Sneakers from the Reebok store at Viaport Mall in Pendik, Istanbul. After using the shoes for a short period, I noticed that both soles began making a loud popping noise while I was walking, similar to the sound of air bubbles bursting. The noise is clearly audible during normal walking and has significantly reduced the comfort and overall usability of the shoes.
To have the issue evaluated, I returned the shoes to the store where I purchased them. The store staff personally inspected the shoes, walked in them, and confirmed that they could clearly hear the unusual noise coming from the soles during normal use. Based on their findings, a product inspection request was created for my purchase 550*106625950108 under inspection reference FP260125-455-0646098.
However, I later received a text message informing me that my request for a replacement or refund had been denied because no manufacturing defect had been found. Despite the fact that the store employees clearly verified the noise themselves, it appears that this issue was ignored during the technical inspection. I was not provided with any technical explanation as to why such a noticeable defect was considered normal or why it did not qualify as a manufacturing issue.
Although the store employees genuinely tried to assist me, the negative decision made by the company's central inspection department has left my complaint unresolved. I still have the shoes, and every time I wear them, I continue to hear the same disturbing popping sound while walking. I do not believe it is acceptable for a pair of athletic shoes to produce this kind of noise under normal use, as it negatively affects both comfort and the overall quality of the product.
I request that the shoes be inspected again through a more thorough and objective evaluation, taking my complaint into full consideration. I ask that an appropriate solution be provided, whether through a replacement, a refund, or another reasonable remedy. I also request that the case be reconsidered based on both the observations made by the store staff and the audio/video recording I submitted as evidence of the defect.
