Excessive Charge Issue of Turkish Airlines
During my flight at Istanbul Airport, the attendant at the kiosks told me I could pay for my excess baggage. I made the payments with the lady at the device, but since the device did not provide a receipt, I asked for them in return for my payment. The lady said she could provide them from the computer.
However, when she opened the system, she saw that only half of each payment I made was reflected in the system. If the amount I paid is correct, I want the charge slips/invoices for it.
If there is a system error and you have charged me double, I want a refund of the excess and the charge slips/invoices for the remaining amount. Based on what I said, we first went to ticket sales, then they directed me to the phone. From the phone to feedback, and then they started saying just wait. I have never seen such a ridiculous and poor system.
No one can call anyone, it's as if the departments within the company are on bad terms with each other. When I asked why I needed to make a call due to their system error, they unfortunately ended the process by saying the system is like this. I will also initiate legal proceedings on behalf of my company if this issue is not resolved immediately.
