Concerning a Name Change on Turkish Airlines Ticket

On July 13, 2023, at 09:35, during the Turkish Airlines flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Rome, a ticketing error occurred. The tickets purchased for myself, my spouse, and our daughter only show my name and our daughter's name. My spouse's name was mistakenly replaced with our daughter's. As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They created a feedback case, but the resolution process seems to be dragging on. This journey is crucial for us, and if needed, we are willing to buy new tickets. However, we want the feedback process we initiated (Case No: 8955257) to be completed promptly and our problem to be resolved.
