Our round-trip flight tickets from Sabiha Gokcen to Trabzon on 29.07.2023 at 08:45 and return on 01.08.2023 at 21:25 were purchased through an agency. While providing information to the agency, we gave the name and surname along with the ID. However, since the name on the ID was different from the commonly used name for years, our tickets were voided. Customer service was useless for 16 hours, only talking nonsense, reading procedures, and speaking like robots. Approximately 16 hours before the flight's departure, I reached out to customer service and waited for a response. They got back to us 12 hours later, just 4 hours before the flight, with a negative response. We accept that we made a mistake. But THY continues to speak with an attitude as if they never make mistakes and respond arrogantly. The 6,000₺ we lost, including the tour we were going to, is a significant amount for us, but THY earned 3,000₺ they don't deserve and don't care about. They cannot provide a single logical and valid explanation as to why the name change couldn't be made or why three letters are such a life-or-death matter.
