I purchased a flight ticket for my spouse through the THY mobile app for the Ankara-Canakkale journey on December 27, 2023, with the ticket number 2352211583866. Due to the flight time being 00:30 and not receiving any warning, I mistakenly bought the ticket for the previous day.
Even the simplest bus companies provide warnings to prevent such errors for these times, so it is unbelievable that such a large airline company invites mistakes like this.
I received negative responses to my feedback on this issue. I request that my grievance be addressed through a ticket change or a refund. I will take the initiatives on every platform to resolve this issue. Otherwise, it is a shame for the reputation of this company.
