Complaint about THY Flight Attendant on TK-2205 from Kahramanmaras to Istanbul
On 07/07/2024, I was on THY's flight TK-2205 from Kahramanmaras to Istanbul, scheduled to depart at 18:00. Upon boarding, I couldn't find a place to store my luggage, so I called the flight attendant. She informed me that there was no available space at the moment and suggested I place one bag under the seat in front of me and keep the other on my lap. Since the flight hadn't taken off yet, I didn't say anything. Later, I called her again, and she repeated that there was no space, but I never saw her trying to find a place for my bags. She completely ignored me. Despite the risk, I had to keep my bags on my lap during the flight, which made me very scared and uncomfortable. Another flight attendant came to help me because I wasn't feeling well. I am filing a complaint against the indifferent attitude of the flight attendant and request that appropriate action be taken.
