Check-In Was Not Recognized Even Though I Did It 20 Hours Before The Flight
A week ago, I purchased a ticket through the app and two days before the flight, I used my miles to buy a seat. I also did a check-in 20 hours before the flight. However, at the airport, I was told 'check-in not recognized, we can't let you board,' and the plane left without me! I am 85% disabled and missed a very important meeting at the office on Monday due to your system's error. Whether my job will be affected, time will tell; but I don't know how to resolve the inconvenience I experienced. This is not my first flight, and I have been a Miles and Smiles member since 2013. While struggling to survive on a disability pension and finding the earliest available flight on Wednesday, how will my inconvenience be addressed? A cleaning staff member at the airport overheard the ground services discussing the issue and came to me saying, 'This happened on the morning flight as well, and security had to escort the passenger out.' How will this issue be resolved?
