Request For Disabled Passenger Support and Miles & Smiles Membership From Turkish Airlines

I am writing to seek assistance, not to file a complaint. My son, born in 1990, has been traveling regularly with THY to London, Istanbul, or Trabzon since infancy. Due to his disability, he receives support at departure and arrival points if a family member is not with him. Recently, we learned that disabled passengers can purchase discounted tickets when traveling with THY. While attempting to register his disability documents with Miles & Smiles, we discovered that my son is already a member, and the email address used for the membership application is required to activate his account. Honestly, we do not remember when we obtained the Miles & Smiles card for him or which email address we used.
