Issues with Miles&Smiles and Turkish Airlines Miles Processing

I recently took two flights with Star Alliance member Ethiopian Airlines and attempted to add the miles earned from these flights to my Miles&Smiles account through the 'Missing Miles Claim' section. However, I received an error message stating that the flight class was insufficient. Consequently, I am unable to complete a simple miles processing task. Two of my friends who are also seafarers managed to add their miles without any issues, but my attempt fails due to an error in Miles&Smiles indicating that my flight class is insufficient for miles addition. Despite filling out two feedback forms, I received a response stating that they could not add my miles to my Miles&Smiles account because they couldn't get a return from Ethiopian Airlines about my flight.
When I contacted customer service, the representatives were both uninformed and blamed Ethiopian Airlines. However, the issue is a simple miles processing error, and I receive an error code in Miles&Smiles indicating that my flight class is insufficient for miles addition. Yet, customer service's final checks show that my flight is eligible for miles. Despite being an ordinary citizen, customer service expects me to resolve this issue with Ethiopian Airlines. I contacted the airline, but they did not respond. I sent an email, but they did not address the issue. As an ordinary citizen, I am caught in an email and phone traffic with both Turkish Airlines and Ethiopian Airlines due to a system error in the Miles&Smiles application, and Ethiopian Airlines is unreachable. Turkish Airlines also has the worst feedback and problem-solving process I have ever seen. I will never fly with Turkish Airlines again and will avoid all Star Alliance member airlines.
Additionally, I will no longer use the Miles&Smiles application, which caused this inconvenience. Regardless of how many coupons, lounge accesses, or free flight tickets with miles they offer, I will not use it. Of course, I know that if I were a citizen of Germany or the UK instead of Turkey, this problem would be resolved immediately, with apologies and additional promotions. From now on, I will conduct all my domestic and international flights with P** Airlines. I want to state that I will follow up on this issue and file a separate complaint through CIMER and BIMER. I will voice my complaint against this inefficient Turkish Airlines.
