Turkish Airlines Check-in Issue and Poor Customer Service

Hello, despite having checked in a day earlier and arriving at the gate half an hour before my flight, we were not allowed to board the plane. In addition to the rude behavior of the staff, I couldn't get connected to anyone for a live conversation. I would like to mention that I am a person with a physical disability. I can't even remember the last time I had such a bad customer experience. Since I couldn't find anyone to address my issue other than the provided link and couldn't explain my problem to Turkish Airlines, I will be using all my legal rights and writing reviews about this experience on every platform. As someone who knows that initiatives have been taken for shorter periods in the past, it is a significant problem that Turkish Airlines causes such an issue for its own country's people.
