Anadolu Jet Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Gate Change Issue

Thank you very much for resolving my issue quickly.

Today, I arrived at the airport at 18:15 for my 20:30 Ankara-Antalya flight with Anadolu Jet THY. After checking in my luggage, I proceeded to the counter and went to gate 106 as indicated on my boarding pass. The gate was supposed to open at 19:30, but it didn't due to a delay, which is quite normal. At 19:50, I asked the staff at the gate and was informed that there would be an additional 35-minute delay. During this time, I kept monitoring the flight information on the boards as I was constantly moving around the area. The gate was changed again, and I went to gate 107 and waited there for a while. There were no announcements about the gate change or any last calls. When I went to the restroom and returned, I saw that the flight to Antalya was now displayed at gate 110. I went to the gate, and the staff told me that the gates were closed and they could not let me board. At least 7 other people experienced the same issue. When I asked for a solution, they mockingly told me that I was late and there was nothing they could do, suggesting I go to the ticket sales complaint point while threatening to call the police. My stress levels increased after waiting for 2 hours. I went back to the ticket point and explained the situation again in front of the 6-7 people who were in the same situation. They blamed me for being late and offered to change my ticket to the 23:55 flight to Gazipasa or suggested I buy a new ticket for the morning. Since I urgently needed to return and refused to pay for the issue caused by them, I had no choice but to change my ticket to the 23:55 flight to Gazipasa. Currently, I am waiting at the airport since 18:10, and I have no idea how I will get to Antalya from Gazipasa at this hour. Due to the technical issues and the behavior of the staff under the corporate umbrella of THY Anadolu Jet, I will take legal action. I will make sure to report this terrible experience to all relevant authorities.
