Unfair Treatment During My Turkish Airlines Anadolu Jet Flight
I do not accept the response to my feedback regarding my flight on 18.12.2023. Despite being at gate 307A at 13:10 on the flight date, an airport official directed me to gate 203B for a Cyprus flight, stating that my gate had changed. From there, another airport official directed me to the THY AnadoluJet inquiry section, where I was told I could not board the plane as it was too late. For this delay, which was not my fault, I had to pay a penalty of €175. Additionally, a report was filed in customs stating that we were late for our flight, I paid ₺1500 for a hotel, and even though I was not allowed to board, the plane did not take off for another hour. I waited an hour for my luggage, totaling 2 hours of waiting at the airport. The unhelpful and rude behavior of AnadoluJet airport staff only added to my frustration. I kindly request the relevant records to be sent to me. Otherwise, I will have to involve my lawyer.
Despite the airport staff causing me to waste time by informing me of a gate change for my Sabiha Gökçen-Düsseldorf flight at 13:40 on 18.12.2023, and even though I was at the gate at 13:10, you still respond to my feedback with "It has been determined that at 14:56 you asked a different airline's staff about the flight gate and acted according to their directions." Shame on you, it's disgraceful. I understand that you will not assist me in this manner. See you in court as soon as possible!
