Turkcell Misallocating Mobile Internet Data

I'm a Turkcell customer and I'm on a plan where I get billed. I've got 20 GB of regular internet data and an extra 20 GB for YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. This gives me a grand total of 40 GB of internet data.

I mainly use Youtube.com, but I've noticed that my internet usage is mostly deducted from my overall internet data, instead of the extra data designated for Youtube.com. I am really not happy with this situation.

I reached out to Turkcell customer service and they advised me to submit a complaint. I'm lodging a complaint and want to make it clear that if this problem isn't fixed, I'll escalate it to the consumer court and pursue legal action.
