Turkcell Used My Regular Internet Instead of My 40 GB Social Media Package
I'm really frustrated with Turkcell because I feel like they've misled me as a customer. I had a 30 GB internet plan and a 40 GB social media plan. Even though I had the social media package, all my usage came out of my regular internet package instead. I called for support and they just told me to restart my phone. I did that, but the issue is still there. I contacted them via the mobile app, and they said they couldn't see my usage at all. There was no help given whatsoever. I'm currently without internet, and I haven't been given any solutions. I'm really disappointed with Turkcell and wish I hadn't picked them for my service.
