I purchased a pair of Mavi Lisa jeans from the Mavi store in Kahramanmaraş Piazza AVM around April or May 2025. After approximately 2–3 months of use, abrasions and tearing began to appear, especially around the belt area and the edges of the back pockets, which I do not find normal for this short period of use. Due to this problem, I took the jeans to the same Mavi store and requested that they be examined and exchanged. However, I was informed that the issue was considered “user error,” and my request for an exchange was rejected, which I find unacceptable given the short usage time and the areas where the tearing occurred. I request that my Mavi Lisa jeans be re-evaluated and that a product exchange be provided. I expect this unjust “user error” assessment to be corrected and my grievance to be resolved.
