Turkcell Complaint Letter Regarding Misleading Information On Purchased Package
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the misleading information provided regarding the package I purchased from a Turkcell store on 26.03.2025, which has caused me significant inconvenience. During the purchasing process, I was not given accurate and sufficient details about the package contents, which has led to difficulties in usage. A banner displayed outside the store stated that the internet package included 90GB. The sales representative who assisted me inside the store also confirmed that the package contained 90GB of general internet. However, after inserting the SIM card into my phone, I discovered that 30GB was allocated for general internet usage, while 60GB was restricted to social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). This discrepancy between the information given at the time of purchase and the actual package content is unacceptable. Furthermore, I did not sign any contract, agreement, or written document outlining the package details during the purchase process. This has prevented me from fully understanding the scope of the service I purchased and has resulted in my being misled, ultimately causing me inconvenience. Relying on the information provided by the sales representative, I purchased a package that does not meet my expectations and differs from what was described. Therefore, I request that my grievance be addressed and a suitable solution be provided to me. I kindly request that the necessary investigation be conducted and that I receive a written or verbal response regarding the resolution of my complaint.
