Turkcell Mysteriously Deducted 85 GB Data in 6 Days!

On February 20th, 2024, I purchased a 40 GB data package for social media. This package also included 30 GB bonus data.
My bonus data expired on March 10th, 2024, and then my 40 GB package and an additional 45 GB package kicked in.
However, on March 16th, 2024, I received a message stating that I only had 8 GB of data left.
I am confused as to how my 85 GB data package could have been depleted in just 6 days when it took 20 days to use up the initial 30 GB.
I contacted Turkcell customer service and they claimed that I had used the data. Despite explaining that this was not possible, they simply repeated that I had used the data.
I am requesting that Turkcell investigate this issue thoroughly and take the necessary action.
Dear Customer, We will review your request and provide you with information as soon as possible. Best regards, Turkcell
Dear Customer, The quick depletion of your internet quota can vary depending on your usage. During your internet usage, the data downloaded and uploaded is deducted from your current package. In case of exceeding the package, the downloaded and uploaded data is charged based on the package overage fee. The amount of usage for all these processes may vary depending on the programs installed on your device that can slow down or speed up the device, the site accessed, and the content you want to download. If you use social media applications intensively, we recommend turning off the automatic video playback option. You can easily access information about how much data you have used at what date and time from our Turkcell application. You can see this information instantly for all domestic call and messaging packages, and for internet packages except for the last 1 hour at most. You can use the Turkcell application for any information and assistance requests. Sincerely, Turkcell
