Trip.com: My Booking Was Unchangeable and No Refunds

I booked through Trip.com and had one of the hardest times I've ever had with a travel company. There was no way for me to get a refund or even a simple change when I needed help with my booking. Every time I tried to get help, I had to wait days without getting any response. I felt like the company had cut everything back to the bare minimum to save money, which left customers like me with no real help. The lack of staff and the way they handled requests made the whole thing stressful and made me feel like I was being ignored. I shouldn't have trusted them with my plans, and I won't do it again.
